Shot this in an abandoned house in southern Texas.

Does anybody know what a prophylaxis wrench is? My current theory is maybe something to do with dental equipment. The box was full of very small round brushes that each had a tiny bolt on the back.

"Prophylaxis" - medical term meaning preventive of disease. In this case it probably just refers to the wrench being made of stainless, and thus easily cleaned; not likely to transmit germs.
Tiny brushes could well be dental polishing brushes! :)
